We are interested to work with other funders, to develop best practice in inclusive grant making processes, and to amplify the impact of our resources by co-funding initiatives.
Contact us to partnerWe’re working towards true inclusion by centring the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disability.
To support this work, the Julia Farr group (of which JFM Fund is a part) is developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This plan shows our commitment to recognising, respecting, and celebrating the enduring connection First Nations people have to Country.
Our RAP is a strategic priority that guides us to build knowledge and grow cultural awareness. It will also help us create a culturally safe, inclusive workplace for First Nations people.
True inclusion means listening to and embedding the voices of First Nations people with disability in all we do.
