JFM Fund grant application: for organisations

You are eligible to apply for this grant if:

You are a social purpose organisation (including not-for-profits, social enterprises, universities and governments) who demonstrates an existing commitment to inclusion through engagement of people with disability in recognised roles in governance and/or workforce. This inclusion must be in place before you will be considered for a grant.
You have a great, new and disruptive idea for a project that will develop, test and grow innovation in disability inclusion.
Your project will deliver benefits to South Australians with disability.

Outcomes for the disability community

Please describe the following:

Outcomes: The changes that you expect your project to make for the community or for individuals taking part in your project. They may also describe the changes you expect to see in other organisations’ policy and practice. Your outcomes should address one or more of our values and explain the difference in terms of:
1. Personhood: how people with disability will have more independence or control over their own lives
2. Citizenhood: how people with disability are active citizens in communities
3. Capacity building: how people with disability will grow their skills, experience and confidence in areas that are important to them
You should include outcomes that directly impact people and communities, as well as influencing the policy and practice of other organisations.
