Butterfly Hour expansion

We gave Orange Butterfly Foundation a small grant to purchase some basic resources for their monthly Butterfly Hour events in Adelaide’s Botanic Park. Then we awarded a second, much larger grant to support the Foundation to extend the Butterfly Hour to two new locations in Adelaide.

Neighbourhood Circles

We co-funded an initial CLP project to map informal community-led activities across metropolitan Adelaide and to identify what makes these activities successful and inclusive. We then funded a second stage of the work, to continue to build momentum and connection between existing community activities, and to develop resources to strengthen the practice of paid workers in supporting their clients to engage in the communities of their choice.

Acknowledgement of Country

JFM Fund would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We work on many Aboriginal lands, including Kaurna land where our head office is located. We extend our respect to all Aboriginal peoples on other lands on which we work, live and play. We are committed to listening, recognising the past and walking alongside First Nations peoples, and building respectful relationships that support self-determination and a shared future.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples should be aware that this website may contain images or names of people who have passed away.
